All of our parcels are shipped via Parcel Force & Royal Mail.

Yes,we ship globally. When checking out, just enter your shipping details and shipping will be calculated for you.

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of your purchases, or have simply changed your mind, you may return them to us for a refund or replacement. You must notify us of your decision to return the item within 14 days of receiving delivery. The goods must be returned to us unused and re-saleable within their original packaging. Your refund will be issued by us on the day that we receive your returned item. Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment.

Items will be returned at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Premium Cues offers price matching, send us a link to the product at a cheaper price within the United Kingdom, and we’ll send you a discount code that you can use at checkout.
