Lei Peifan won the 2024 BetVictor Scottish Open in Edinburgh, beating Wu Yize 9-5 in the final. World number 84, he was the lowest seeded ranking event winner for 31 years.
The BetVictor Scottish Open is part of the BetVictor Home Nations Series, alongside events in England, Northern Ireland and Wales. In its current guise, the tournament was first staged in Glasgow in 2016 and is now held in Edinburgh.
