Shipping & Delivery

Premium Cues ship orders Monday to Friday, orders are shipped via UPS, Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Orders after 12pm are shipped next working day and take 1 - 2 days to deliver, in very few cases however, they may take up to 5 working days from the date of shipping.

You will receive an email confirmation when your item has been shipped, and you can track your delivery using the information provided.

Courier deliveries to Mainland UK deliver Monday to Friday. Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday.

If after the 7 day period you do not receive your goods, please contact Premium Cues and we will chase up your delivery.

If your shipping address is in the mainland of the UK and NOT Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Highlands and Islands or a Channel Island. You can benefit from Free Shipping.
