Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery within the UK is next business day if ordered before 12 noon.
Q: How do I know when my order will arrive?
A: Once we have processed your order for shipping you will be notified by email with what courier company will deliver and a tracking number.
International Shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide to over 50 countries. International delivery times vary by location, typically 3-5 working days for Europe. 7 - 10 for North America & 10 - 14 for the rest of the world.
Q: Who pays for customs and any tariffs or duties when shipping internationally
A: We cover all charges when shipping internationally. The price at checkout is the price you pay. No nasty surprises.
Q: Are orders insured when shipping & who is responsible?
A: We are responsible for orders whilst in transit to our customer, we are fully insured if we arrange shipping.
Q: Can I return a cue if I'm not satisfied?
A: Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused cues in original condition. Custom cues are non-returnable unless there's a manufacturing defect. For full information check Returns & Refunds. Please note: keep all your packaging in case you need to return.
Cue Care & Maintenance
Q: How should I care for my cue?
A: Keep your cue in a protective case when not in use, avoid extreme temperatures, and clean the shaft regularly with a damp cloth (Dry straight away). We recommend professional maintenance every 6-12 months for optimal performance.
Q: Do you offer cue repair services?
A: Yes, we provide comprehensive repair services including tip replacement, shaft refinishing, and ferrul repairs. Contact us for a quote on any repair work needed.

All our cues are made from high-quality materials and crafted by some of the worlds best cue makers.

A: Our cues range from entry-level premium cues perfect for serious players, to professional tournament-grade cues used by champions. Each range offers different wood types, inlay work, and customisation options.

A: We have been selling cues from our snooker clubs since 1989 and online for the last 7 years.

A: With over 30 years of knowlege in cue sports we are well placed to answer most questions from our customers, also with one of our partners competing on the World Snooker Tour (Chris Totten), Chris's knowledge about cues and understanding what the proffesional player and top amateurs are looking for is second to none.
