The queue was nice and straight

The queue was nice and straight. Nice weight does what it's supposed to do

Very Dissapointed

I bought one of these around a couple of months ago and it is unusable with the transparent tip, as it constantly miscues the ball. I let all of my team have a try, but the same problem kept on reoccurring. If you do buy this, it may be worth trying with the spare tip provided, but this is extra work. I did email Premium Cues twice to ask for advice on this, but they didn't bother responding - this was the most disappointing aspect. This is not a cheap cue, and I'm feeling very let down by this product and the service.

Very sorry to hear you were disappointed the clear break tip fitted. Due to hardness of the tip miscues can happen, we recommend if having issues to slightly scuff the tip allowing more chalk to grab and eliminating miscues.
