But it plays a little bit hard to the soft one I had before .

Thanks for your review of these very popular tips. I am sorry this particular tip was slightly harder than usual, Triple Crown tips are all graded by hand and generally have a very good tolerance in grades.

Just not a nice tip to use. Didn't take chalk and makes a horrible dink noise.

We are very sorry to hear you weren't happy with these tips. Tips are purely down to preference and these are currently one of the most popular tips in the world used amongst the best in the world. I'd recommend possibly using soft pressed tips instead.
