The 2025 World Snooker Tour Shoot Out

The 2025 World SnookerTour Shoot Out will run from Wed 10 Dec - Sat 13 Dec and will be held at the Blackpool Tower Circus for this unique tournament.

Ever present on the calendar since 2011, the Shoot Out has a unique set of rules, with all matches lasting a maximum of ten minutes. There is a shot clock of 15 seconds for the first five minutes and ten seconds for the last five, so players must keep their nerve and think fast. 

The world ranking event generates a fantastic atmosphere with drama on the baize guaranteed throughout the four days, as the 128-player field is reduced to one champion. Tom Ford lifted the trophy last year. 

“The historic arena, built in 1894, allows the crowd to surround the table on all sides, creating an intense atmosphere which ramps up the pressure as the clock ticks down. The players will be excited by this chance to experience once again the thrill of competing on this stage.
