Just switched to Triple Crown tips from CC G3 which I found to be a little too hard & possibly not quite grippy enough (maybe just me). Am using the Medium for Pool & Medium Hard for Snooker. Happy so far, getting good control on the cue ball. Ordering & delivery were spot on as usual. Many thanks.

(Premium Cues Original Handmade 3/4 Jointed Snooker Cue Medium, 17oz - 17.9oz). The playability of this cue is extremely poor, and its craftsmanship is far below acceptable standards.
Specifically, the cue has the following major defects:
Inaccurate Weight: While the advertised weight is 17oz - 17.9oz, the actual weight of the cue is only 16.8oz. This significant discrepancy severely affects the balance and hit feel.
Defective Craftsmanship (Hollow Butt): During a game, the cue accidentally dropped to the floor and the butt split open. Upon inspection, I discovered that the butt is completely hollow with absolutely no wood core or filler inside. For any properly handmade cue, filling the drilled butt is the most basic and essential craftsmanship required to ensure structural integrity and solid feel.
Your marketing states: “We believe our range of cues rival any out there and surpass many of the 'big brands' due to the quality of our materials.” Unfortunately, the product I received completely contradicts this claim.

Great chalk, definitely see what all the hype is and the difference it makes (wish they could make it in a cube, the cylinder shape takes some getting use to). Purchased a fake one previously, so good to get the real thing from a trusted seller. Ordered on a Sunday and arrived 2 days later on Tuesday. Well packaged.
