I was worried ordering from the UK at the beginning but Anne quickly changed that.
Form beginning to delivery the service was outstanding.
I ordered the wrong case for the cue I ordered and usually that means I just get a non fitting case delivered but Anne took her time and gave me a heads-up and we fixed the issue on the same day and my delivery was on the way...
The package arrived via light speed it seems because it was at my door just short of 2 days later.
